Naturally, we love to celebrate special times with champagne and we were delighted to be introduced to the independent natural wine maker Terlingham Vinyard this year. Graham Wilks, the owner, and his team like to keep things simple, the way nature intended. They steer well clear of all chemical fertilisers, pesticides, fungicides and herbicides to keep their beautiful vines producing the most natural wine available. They use no animal products and don’t add any sugars. The delicious result to this recipe is their fabulous Terlingham Sparkling Wine, made in Kent.
We are pretty fussy at Aldrich & Co and insisted on this sparkling wine at our 25th Anniversary Christmas Party.
