Are you an Office Manager with broad experience in a professional services environment? Looking for a hands-on role, where no 2 days will be the same?
Do you have experience managing projects, facilities and suppliers as well as overseeing and supporting a small admin team?
Are you IT-savvy and also happy to provide PA support as needed?

A dynamic advisory firm is looking for an outstanding individual to bring a proactive approach to running the office.
In-office working – with some flexibility for occasional days at home.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Ensuring the office operates efficiently; planning and managing daily operations
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols
- Acting as primary contact for building management and external suppliers
- Coordinating with IT service providers
- Overseeing office changes or relocations, ensuring smooth transitions
- Leading and supporting the admin team; onboarding new starters, overseeing the recruitment process and organising social events
- Assisting with marketing materials and company website updates
- Updating administrative policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements

- Broad experience as an Office Manager, ideally from professional services
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-achieving environment
