Well-established boutique Investment firm with a true family feel is now recruiting for a highly organised and personable Assistant to join their growing team. This hybrid role will see you running the office efficiently as well as providing efficient PA support to a busy team. 9-5.30 hours!


  • Managing busy diaries for Partners, setting up meetings and conference calls
  • Acting as first point of contact and greeting clients; managing telephones
  • Coordinating breakfast and lunch meetings
  • Arranging travel and processing expenses and invoices
  • Creating and editing PowerPoint presentations
  • Maintaining databases and managing office paperwork
  • Setting up meeting rooms, AV and catering
  • Organising company marketing materials
  • Ad hoc research; Client events
  • Supplier and contractor liaison; ordering office supplies and stationery, post, couriers, landlords
  • Planning and organising office social functions


  • Previous Team Secretarial/Office management-related experience
  • Exposure to Financial Services a plus, not essential
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Confident in prioritising tasks and working efficiently under pressure
  • Proactive self-starter; ability to work on your own initiative
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Sense of humour!
