A multinational Law Firm based in the City are looking to recruit a Senior Events Coordinator to join the team managing approximately 300 events throughout the year and delivering an efficient and professional events service to the business.


  • End-to-end management of a variety of client facing and internal events
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to agree event objectives
  • Developing ROI data and reporting; producing and analysing evaluation feedback
  • Researching venues, suppliers, event technology and industry trends
  • Leading logistical arrangements and supplier sourcing and management
  • Creating invitations using e-marketing tool
  • Working with internal creative team on the design and production of event collateral
  • Providing onsite support as part of the events team
  • Conducting site visits and other supplier meetings
  • Advising and ensuring correct H&S and contingency procedures are adhered to
  • Budget management and processing of all related invoices
  • Assisting senior team members with the event allocation process
  • Creating a monthly rota for onsite events team support at all events
  • Driving events best practice and sharing knowledge with the wider team
  • Building and maintaining a strong internal network across a variety of teams


  • Previous experience managing events in a professional / legal services environment
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing demands, remaining calm under pressure
  • Confident and effective communicating with stakeholders at all levels with the ability to build strong business relationships
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Solutions focused yet robust when faced with challenges
  • Awareness of cost control and  budgeting
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong venue knowledge in London
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience working with a CRM system helpful
  • Willingness to feedback, share information and contribute ideas
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
