A fabulous opportunity to join this very busy recruitment team at a Global Asset Management company based in the City. This role is predominantly scheduling interviews across all business areas. Previous experience is essential, ideally within the finance sector. Strong communications, a logistical mind and ability to juggle numerous projects are key skills for this role.   • Ensuring all candidates are updated on the recruitment system with correct status
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to arrange interviews across various mediums
  • Booking rooms, arranging catering, booking equipment, booking travel and interviewer biographies
  • Assisting with the sourcing and collation of interview feedback
  • Acting as first point telephone cover for the recruitment, and broader HR team when required
  • Managing the recruitment inbox
  • Ensuring all templates are updated and saved (e.g. job description)
  • Pulling together the offer pack
  • Processing of recruitment invoices and candidate expenses
  • Assistance in planning of assessment days for summer interns
  • Facilitating candidate testing (when required)
  • Recruitment Project work
  • Manage reporting requirements for the recruitment function


  • Previous recruitment experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive matters
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
