Our client, a boutique Asset Management firm are recruiting for a bright individual to join their well-established support team as an Admin Assistant and Front of House on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright individual to gain valuable office experience and kick-start a career within administration or build on some already well-established skills. The ideal candidate will be people-oriented, approachable, reliable and self-motivated.
- Welcoming visitors
- Switchboard and gatekeeping for the company
- Organisation of post – including monthly mail outs into envelopes
- Setting up and managing meeting rooms
- Ordering catering for meetings when required
- Ad hoc admin for the office
Key Experience and Knowledge
- Reception or customer services experience desirable
- Telephone / switchboard experience desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain flexible, professional and calm in demanding environment
- Strong communication skills
- Helpful, hands-on and able to use initiative
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
