Description

An exciting technology business in the City is looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about customer service and technology to join them as a Product Specialist.

As a Product Specialist you will be the first line of support for large blue chip corporates using their software.

Mainly supporting senior level executives on the client side, you will be working with a dynamic and collaborative team. Exceptional communication skills and an excellent phone manner are absolutely essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional, concierge-style customer service with impeccable attention to detail
  • Advising users on product use and diagnosing reported issues over phone, email and chat
  • Escalating relevant queries as necessary to 2nd/3rd line support
  • Contributing to the firm-wide customer service strategy by adding to best practice policies
  • Supplying key insights to the product development, sales and client services teams on feedback given by clients
