PA to the General Manager 5*Hotel


£40,000 - £45,000 + benefits


This is a superb opportunity for a highly organised PA to be the right hand to the General Manager of a 5 star hotel in the heart of Mayfair.   This is a fabulous job – you will learn how a top hotel operates, and will need to be proactive, prepared to get involved in all areas of the business and be passionate about delivering an excellent service.

This is a key role where the smooth running of your office and high level of responsibility you will be given is indispensable in providing the vital high level of service throughout the organisation! 


  • Extensive diary management
  • Inbox management; monitoring inbox and flagging urgent items to action
  • Organising meetings with important internal/external stakeholders
  • Preparing expense reports
  • Preparing /amending correspondence, reports and presentations


  • Previous PA experience ideally gained within a five star environment / hospitality (but not essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships quickly
  • Highly efficient and organised
  • Pragmatic, proactive and confident
  • Strong MS Office skills
