A boutique start-up capital advisory firm based in Knightsbridge, is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join and help kick-start their growing business.
The role is part time, 3 to 4 days a week and would very hands on in managing the new office, working directly with clients and providing personal assistance to the companies two founders.
Establishing and creating a new website for the firm
Sourcing an office space and starting to manage all the facility tasks involved; site selection, contract negotiation, office supplies etc.
Directly liaising with clients and lawyers
Instigating relationship management with new clients
Extensive, diary and meeting management
Administrative and project management tasks; presentations and project research
Proven experience in a similar role
Strong academic background
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
Strong organisational skills and time management
Fantastic attention to detail
A great work ethic
