A wonderful opportunity for a client-focused professional to join this mid-sized wealth manager and support the Head of Marketing & Communications and Marketing Managers with the delivery of day-to-day marketing activities.  A varied role offering a lot of opportunity for development.

The role encompasses the broad marketing mix with a particular focus on delivering communications and integrated campaigns alongside support on event management and internal communications.

Working in a small and supportive team in a busy environment, the successful candidate will be a hard-working and self-motivated individual, confident and resilient with a ‘can-do’ attitude.

Responsibilities include:

  • Producing creative content
  • Delivering regular client communications and publications
  • Coordinating daily press commentary and/or advertorial content
  • Supporting internal communications
  • Supporting event management activity
  • Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager/Executive
  • Tracking marketing performance and return on investment; preparing management reports
  • Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity
  • Ensuring all marketing materials and activities adhere to brand guidelines and are fully compliant
  • Adhering to the marketing procedures and production process
  • Managing collateral in terms of stock levels and updating content


  • 5+ years marketing experience with general marketing communications knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (copywriting and proof-reading skills)
  • 3+ years in the Financial Services industry, including knowledge of financial promotions compliance
  • Track record of implementing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Ability to manage outsourced marketing activities including print management
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Ability to work to a high quality and deliver at pace
  • Ability to assess creative execution
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with CMS, CRM and HTML would be favourable
