Our client is looking for an exceptional individual who will enjoy and benefit from the diversity of being fully immersed in a high performing investment team, investing for the long term across Real Estate globally.

Responsibilities:

• Develop investment strategies and source investment opportunities
• Design and maintain underwriting models
• Coordinate the production of internal investment memoranda
• Coordinate transaction execution workstreams
• Support asset management activities relating to existing investments
• Act as ambassador at industry events

Requirements:

• 1-3 years' relevant transactional experience, ideally in Real Estate or M&A
• Strong academic background – degree essential, CFA or equivalent studies advantageous
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Possess a broad understanding of financial structures
• Demonstrate strong financial modelling skills
