Organisations need senior HR professionals who are able to continually adapt and change while driving business performance.  The mandate we have is for a dedicated HR professional who will  interface with executive teams to develop an integrated talent management model demonstrating its ability to futureproof its workforce by developing and engaging new and existing people within the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated HR professional to take the reins of a leading asset management firm in the City. Your role will report into the Head of HR and COO, working closely with the executive team, you will develop the HR function in line with the firm’s strategic objectives. The role will involve:


  • Contributing to the strategic planning for the business
  • Implementing HR policies; performance management, headcount management, reporting, mentoring, coaching
  • Managing the HR processes for on boarding, compliance
  • Identifying development needs and delivering training
  • Maintaining market intelligence relating to remuneration and trends
  • Recruitment, employee retention
  • Payroll management


  • You will have proven HR experience ideally in the financial services sector
  • Be a graduate or equivalent and CIPD qualified
  • A strong team player
  • A relationship builder
  • Have exceptional organisational skills
  • Be commercial, proactive, strategic with strong influencing skills, integrity and discretion
  • Have first class written and verbal communication skills
