A boutique advisory firm is looking for a motivated Team Assistant to join them – you’ll be fully involved in all areas of business.

This is an in-office role.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Greeting clients and keeping the office tidy and well-stocked
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including transport, taxis and hotel bookings
  • Managing enquiries from the office inbox and redirecting
  • Scheduling meetings and assisting with recruitment activities
  • Organising social events, team trips, lunches, dinners and conferences
  • Liaising with project managers for information such as expenses and timesheets
  • Maintaining electronic filing and database systems
  • Participating in the social committee
  • Assisting with ad-hoc requests with enthusiasm!

The skills you need to bring:

  • Experience as an office administrator or team assistant in a corporate environment
  • Strong MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter approach, able to thrive in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn from experienced team members
  • A passion for personal development
  • Flexible and creative approach with ability to use own initiative
