Our client, an international asset management firm, is looking for an Admin Assistant to join their collaborative team. The successful candidate will gain invaluable experience and skills, learning from incredibly ambitious colleagues and contributing the business in a number of areas.

This is a really exciting role for a bright, motivated and determined individual who is looking to kick start their career or build on their skills in a hugely successful business.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone and take messages
  • Open and distribute post
  • Book rooms and internal/external meetings
  • Arrange couriers
  • Arrange lunches
  • Filing, printing, scanning, collating documents
  • To provide cover for other administrative assistant during periods of absence
  • To prove administrative cover for Executive Assistant to the CEO (where non-confidential)
  • Update business cards and contacts
  • Facilities administration
  • Diary management
  • Process invoices and business expenses
  • Arrange in-house training sessions
  • Format reports and presentations
  • Update internal intranet pages

Requirements:

  • Experience in an administrative support role (ideally in financial services) desirable
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Good interpersonal skills both in person and over the telephone
  • Proactive
