Emily launched Aldrich & Co in 1995. For the last 30 years she has been recruiting for the financial services industry, initially setting up the banking division for an agency and then leaving after nine years to set up Aldrich. In the industry she has established lasting relationships with her clients and candidates, who all appreciate her honesty and direct approach.
In her spare time Emily is on a number of committees, is a Fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (FREC) and a member of the City livery company, The Worshipful Company of Masons.

Eva graduated from the University of Kent with a degree in European Studies (Italian & French) and quickly established her career in Recruitment, spending 5 years in the West End placing multilingual staff into a variety of sectors. She has been working in the City for the past 17 years placing business support staff within the Financial Services and Investment sector. Eva joined the Permanent division at Aldrich in January 2008 and prides herself on the longevity of both her client and candidate relationships, her energy and enthusiasm mean that she never hesitates to go the extra mile. Apart from being passionate about anything Italian, her claim to fame is having been a Countdown champion!

Chief Operating Officer
Alex graduated from Southampton University in Economics and Accounting, before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand (Now PwC) in the Corporate Finance Division and has worked across the UK and Europe. Most recently, she ran the investments for a Family Office including a estates in Scotland their forestry and Highland cattle. The nature of her extensive experience has prepared Alex for the diversity of her current role as Chief Operating Officer at Aldrich & Company, joining in November 2016.
In her spare time, Alex is a member of the Livery, The Worshipful Company of Masons, enjoys walking, skiing, and spending time with her family.
Sue Wildman is a Senior Consultant at Aldrich & Company specialising in roles in events, marketing and communications and investor relations. Having led high performing teams throughout her career, creating environments that produced strong business results, Sue understands the importance of finding the right match for both candidate and client. Sue has a great appreciation for the skills needed to adapt and flourish across corporate, entrepreneurial and non-profit environments.
Before joining Aldrich & Company in August 2019, Sue held senior positions in event management, communications and operations across different sectors in the UK, Europe and the US. Previous employers include Johnson & Johnson, American Express and Barclays, together with charity Starlight Children’s Foundation.
Sue graduated from the University of Surrey with a degree in Linguistic & International Studies (French & Law).
Claire joined Aldrich in April 2017 and runs the Temporary desk. Claire brings a wealth of experience to the team. With over 15 years’ experience in Human Resources, Claire is invaluable to the team bringing a view from the client side of the recruitment process having previously worked for one of Aldrich’s prestigious clients. In her spare time Claire enjoys spending time with friends and walking her dogs.
Helen graduated from the University of Bristol in 2019 having studied French (spending the overseas year in Paris and Nice). She is fluent in German, having lived there for many years. Having come to Aldrich as a candidate looking for some guidance, Helen was given the opportunity to join the Aldrich team, and is now training to become a consultant.
In her spare time, Helen loves going to the Ballet, exploring new cities and trying new restaurants. She is also an enthusiastic baker.
Payroll and Accounts
Therese joined Aldrich in 2008, bringing with her years of experience in recruitment, payroll, and accounts. She is the go-to person with all queries regarding tax, pensions, timesheets, contracts etc. and has built superb relationships with our clients and candidates.
Outside work she is a big reader and avid football supporter.

Sarah has been part of the Aldrich team since its beginning in 1995, where she took a lead role in identifying great candidates for our clients. In the early days she ran the resourcing for a major investment bank on secondment from Aldrich, and she has an extremely thorough understanding of the industry.
Sarah graduated from Nottingham University in 1991. As well as placing top-quality candidates, she has been busy bringing up her family, running marathons, and being the best sounding board for common sense.

Valentina graduated from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice where she specialised in Far Eastern Asia Language and Culture; after spending some time in Tokyo, London became her home in 2013. She joined the Aldrich team in 2019 after several years in the corporate events sector, helping multinational companies with their procurement and business development at senior executive level.
When she is not in the office, Valentina enjoys cooking, attending art exhibitions and travelling.
Ellie graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2012 with a degree in History. After graduating Ellie travelled Australia and South East Asia before starting her first job in a local recruitment agency, soon establishing her strengths in supporting busy and dynamic teams. Joining the Aldrich team in April 2018, Ellie now provides dedicated support to Eva. In her spare time Ellie enjoys hosting dinners for friends and family, and watching live sport having previously represented her county in Under 18’s Womens Rugby!
