	Emily Aldrich managing director emily@aldrich.co.uk
	Emily launched Aldrich & Company in 1995 alongside Kim St John and heads up the company’s Permanent Division. She has many years experience within the industry and has established lasting relationships with her clients. Emily is an accredited member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (FREC).

	Kim is a founding Partner of Aldrich & Company and heads up the firm’s successful Temporary Division. Her client base includes some of the most prestigious names in Investment Banking and she is renowned for her instinctive judgment of character. Kim is an accredited member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (FREC)

	Eva Joseph director eva@aldrich.co.uk
	Eva joined the Aldrich team in 2008 and is now a Director of the Permanent Division. She has worked in the industry since 1994 and is skilled in the field of multi-lingual recruitment across the Financial Services sector. Eva graduated from the University of Kent at Canterbury with a degree in Modern Languages and speaks fluent Italian and French.

	Charlotte Bygraves Head of Event Marketing charlotte@aldrich.co.uk
	Charlotte joined Aldrich in 2011 and heads up the company's Event Marketing and Communications division. Charlotte has worked in the City for the last 19 years, most recently as Region Head, EMEA Event Marketing at UBS Investment Bank. She has a wealth of experience across all areas of communications and marketing and has excellent connections across the industry.

	Huw Leyshon executive search huw@aldrich.co.uk
	Huw joined Aldrich & Co in 2010 and heads up the company’s Executive Search Division. Huw brings a wealth of experience in revenue generating business areas as well as reputation critical key support areas such as compliance, risk, legal and finance. Huw graduated from London University with a degree in Biochemistry and Physiology and from Leeds University with a Masters in Cardiovascular Studies.

	Camilla works alongside Kim St John in the Temporary Division. She has previously worked in Asset Finance and graduated from Sussex University with a BA in History of Art.

	Elizabeth Harris Recruitment Coordinator Elizabeth@aldrich.co.uk
	Elizabeth joined Aldrich in 2011 and works alongside Emily and Eva on the permanent desk. She graduated from the University of Sussex with a BA in Law.


	Sarah Matthews marketing sarah@aldrich.co.uk
	Sarah has been part of the Aldrich team since the beginning in 1995. She works with Emily and Eva on the Permanent Desk and has a very thorough understanding of the industry. Sarah graduated from Nottingham University in 1991.

	Therese DiMonaco payroll and accounts therese@aldrich.co.uk
	Therese joined Aldrich in 2008 and has a strong background in recruitment and accounts. She is responsible for all payroll and accounting within the company.

	Lizzie McNamara office manager lizzie@aldrich.co.uk
	Lizzie graduated from Goldsmiths University with a BA in English and American Literature and runs the office.
